The best Factor meals by favorites, with their numbers

Factor shows a heart and a count on every meal. We ranked the Oct 27 menu by Factor's favorites counts, summed across the recipe versions it has published, and put protein, sodium and saturated fat beside each one, because popularity is a fine guide to taste and no guide to the label.

Labels, ratings and figures are Factor's own. Captured Oct 17, 2026. Gramwise is independent of Factor and not affiliated with it.

The picker ranks all 84 dinners under your rules; Factor's favorites count adds a little to every score. To see which favorites fit your own rules first, set them on How many Factor meals fit you.

The most-loved Factor meals run saltier than the rest

Across the 438 dinners in our captured catalog, the correlation between favorites and sodium is 0.01, which is no relationship, and between favorites and saturated fat it is 0.15, which is a weak relationship. A correlation runs from -1 to 1; near 0, one number does not rise or fall with the other. 11 percent of the most-loved third have 700 mg of sodium or less, against 23 percent of the other dinners, so that limit removes more of the favorites than of the rest. 51 percent of the most-loved third have 10 g of saturated fat or less, against 64 percent of the other dinners, so that limit removes more of the favorites than of the rest.

Most favorited dinners in our captured catalog

Favorites are Factor's favorites counts, summed across the recipe versions it has published, so a dish that has been on the menu for many weeks has had more time to collect them. Counts are Factor's totals as shown on its menu since we began capturing on Sep 17, 2026; a dish's total includes favorites it collected before then. The sum is not a count of people.

About these figures

This page is general information about the labels Factor publishes. It is not medical or nutrition advice, and it does not say whether any meal suits your health, diet or condition; ask your doctor or a registered dietitian about that.

Gramwise computes every count, share, average and comparison here from Factor's public pages as captured on the dates shown. A capture, a match or a calculation can be wrong, and Factor can change a recipe, label or menu at any time, so the meal you receive may differ. The label on the meal and Factor's own site are the authority.

Ingredient counts match words in Factor's ingredient statements. They can miss an ingredient named another way or count one that only shares a word, and they say nothing about amounts. Naming an ingredient here is not a claim that it is unsafe or unhealthy.

Where a page describes what one of Factor's tags appears to require, that is inferred from the dishes carrying the tag and is not Factor's definition. Daily values are the FDA's reference amounts for a 2,000 calorie diet, and your own needs may differ.

Gramwise provides these pages as they are, without any warranty that they are accurate or complete, as set out in the terms. If you find an error, contact us and we will correct it.
