Got any questions about Gramwise?
- Is this Factor?
- No. Gramwise is an independent site and is not affiliated with Factor. Factor does not pay us, and no meal can pay to rank higher.
- Does it need my Factor login?
- No. We never ask for it, never sign in to your Factor account, and never place or change an order. You choose meals here, then add them on Factor yourself.
- Is it free?
- Yes. The whole menu, every rule, your box and the steps to add it on Factor are free, and you can use them without an account. Pro adds memory: meals you ordered in your last three weeks go to the back of the line, and your thumbs up and down shape your picks. Pro is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From Factor's own public menu, which we read every few hours. Protein, calories, sodium, saturated fat and the rest are the numbers Factor publishes for each meal, so they match what you see when you click into a meal on Factor. If Factor changes a meal, we pick it up on the next read.
- How do I get my box into Factor?
- Factor has no way to import a list, so you add each meal there. Open Factor from your box, copy a meal name here, find it on Factor's page with your browser's find, and press Add.
- Can I rely on the allergen filters?
- No. They are built from what Factor publishes, and Factor prepares meals in a facility that handles major allergens and can change a recipe without renaming it. Use them to narrow the menu, then check the label on the meal before you eat it.
- Does it work with CookUnity or other services?
- Only Factor for now. If you would use it for another service, tell us which one at feedback+gramwise@lifehacklabs.org. What people ask for decides what comes next.
- What do you do with my email?
- You only need an email to save your rules across devices. We use it to send your sign-in link and your box before each week's cutoff, and we never sell it. Every weekly email has a link to stop them.
- How do I cancel Pro?
- Press Manage beside "You are on Pro" in your box, then Manage or cancel. That opens the Stripe billing page, where you can cancel in one step. Or email us and we will do it for you.
- Found a bug, an error in our figures, or a rule the picker does not have?
- Email feedback+gramwise@lifehacklabs.org with the page and what looks wrong, and we will fix it. Every figure on the site comes from Factor's public pages, so a number that disagrees with the label on your meal is worth telling us about. For a missing rule you can also use "Missing a rule?" above the menu.
